Roche's Chemist - Shipping and Delivery.

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address provided by you on the order form. We will make every endeavour to dispatch goods the same day or next business day.

It is important that the address is accurate and contains the Eircode.

This particularly applies to orders being delivered to apartment blocks and to rural areas. Roche's Chemist will not be held responsible for non-delivery of orders where the address can be shown to be inaccurate or incorrect. 

Delivery of goods supplied from this website to addresses outside of Ireland is by the Irish Postal Service ' An Post ' who aim to deliver from our depot to the customer in 5 days. Deliveries to within Ireland is also via An Post.

However, if you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of your order due to a cause beyond our direct control, we shall have no liability to you. Delivery charges are as stated either in writing on our website.

You will become the legal owner of the goods you have ordered when payment for the goods has been debited from your account and when they have been delivered to you. We will not be liable for loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered to you. Delivered goods always require a signature. You are responsible for these goods once a signature has been obtained by our courier.
